This is a slow, meditative practice where the process matters more than the outcome—a chance to breathe, create, and let your hands follow their own rhythm. 

If you have a small personal item (a shell, bead, button, feather, or charm) bring it along to weave into your piece. 

The talisman you create will become a timeless keepsake, holding the energy of the day.
