"An introduction to linocut"

Come and join Angela from Angiigetsarty for a hands-on workshop where you will learn the basics of linocut printmaking. In this workshop you will explore this medium carving your design into lino blocks and create your first beautiful prints.

You will be working on one postcard-sized design, Angela will guide you through all the steps, including:

- Planning your design.

- Transferring your design onto the lino.

- Carving your design.

- Inking up your plate.

- Printing your design by hand-burnishing.

You will get to take home your limited edition of post card sized prints and your printing plate. No experience necessary just bring your creativity and enthusiasm!

2-4.30pm on the 11th of October.

Deposit £10 and please bring the remaining balance on day of the workshop.
